Pregnancy Circles

"The moment a child is born, a mother is also born. The woman existed...the mother is something absolutely new."
Bhawan Shice Rajneesh

Each of us experiences a transformative journey from conception throughout pregnancy to motherhood - matrescence. This is a time when mind, body and spirit go through a process of awakening. These circles enable you to explore your practical expectations as well as beliefs and emotions, while sharing connection with other women. Every session we will delve into a different hypnobirthing theme aimed at helping you to embrace your own intuition to become the mother you want to be, and discover your own voice and authenticity in the process.

Birth Story Circles

"Our needs and longings as mothers are actually quite simple. We want to feel safe and secure. We want to feel seen and heard."

Bet Berny

Birth circles hold a safe and trauma-aware space to bring women together in sharing their birthing and mothering stories. A place where they can be vulnerable and unapologetic in releasing a full spectrum of emotions, and connect with others in their unique experiences, honouring them in a respectful and non-judgemental way. These circles offer an opportunity to name and validate the experiences of mind, body and heart that you may be carrying deeply within. Or simply listen to the stories of others, a supportive process that can help us to reflect on collective wisdom and remind ourselves who we are.

Circles and groups are held in Parkville, convenient to Melbourne CBD, Carlton, Fitzroy, Brunswick and northern suburbs.
